You get all of this for less than the cost of several different series of industry-related webinars!
- Individual Registration $325
- Group Rate $615
- Student Rate $95
Group Rate Registration: This was intended to include one institutional access the online platform that can be used to display the conference sessions on a large screen with a group of people in a classroom or meeting room setting. Since proper social distancing can be difficult depending on the facilities that are available, and since so many are working remotely, this access can be shared with up to 5 participants simultaneously. All participants may watch any conference session available in the platform with no need to coordinate with other viewers. We will need to collect names and email addresses for all participants at the time of registration. If your institution/company needs more than 5 access points, additional registrations can be purchased under another name/email address.
However you participate in the conference, whether at home, in your office, or together while socially distanced in a classroom or meeting room, we’d love to see your photos! Share your photos with [email protected] or tweet them @chsconf, #chsconf2020!
Financial Hardship Scholarship Fund – reduced or waived registration fees are available by application.
Conference Volunteers – Reduced registration rates will also available for those who are willing to help with host sessions – moderating and/or helping with the chat and Q&A, etc. Apply here to become a volunteer. Please don’t register for the conference until after we’ve reviewed your volunteer application. If approved, you will receive a discount code to receive the reduced registration rate.
Vendor Showcase registration is also open. Our virtual vendor showcase will offer many dynamic and interactive features through our online conference platform. More details and registration
