ATG Quirkies: Just Like the Monolith In 2001

Annie Palmer of the Daily Mail reports that this compact spacecraft is housing, what according to Ms. Palmer, is “a lunar library”  that “backs up all of humanity”. Contained on a set of tiny disks there are some 30 million pages of documents that  serve to archive human civilization.

And evidently, it’s not the only “lunar library that will be making the trip! Another installment of the Lunar Library will head off into space within the next five years, So stay tuned!
