An Overflow Crowd Assembles for the Opening Session

The 2013 Charleston Conference opened with an overflow crowd in the main ballroom of the Francis Marion Hotel.  Two overflow rooms were required to accommodate all attendees.

As he has in previous years, Anthony Watkinson moderated the plenary sessions and efficiently gave attendees in each room an opportunity to interact with the speakers.  Here he is with his trademark bell summoning attendees to return to the session after a break.

Don Hawkins blogs about conferences for Information Today and Against The Grain.
