The Independent Scholarly Publishers Group Chooses The Charlesworth Group to Promote their Academic Journals in China

The Independent Scholarly Publishers Group (ISPG) is pleased to announce that The Charlesworth Group will be representing its content to mainland China.

The Independent Scholarly Publishers Group is a coalition of seventeen independent publishers of 39 journals and related academic content that promotes, markets to, and negotiates with library consortia, hospitals and other organizations around the globe. Their content, which includes such significant journals as: European Respiratory Journal, Drug Metabolism and Disposition, Genetics, and The Journal of Endocrinology, is hosted on the HighWire platform. With this new agreement, The Charlesworth Group will be providing sales expertise to the Chinese market for that highly regarded content.

The Charlesworth Group has been an important presence in the publishing market since 1928 and working in China since 1999. They offer tailored services designed specifically for the Chinese market, and have been involved in implementing national online access agreements between Chinese universities and more than 650 academic journals. Now, they will also be working with the prestigious ISPG publishers, developing strategic sales and marketing programs in China to provide Chinese researchers with access to the high quality, peer-reviewed ISPG content.
