Coutts Information Services Limited, an Ingram Content Group company, today announced that it has been selected to develop library programs for The Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO and Singapore Management University.
The Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, a graduate business school launched in 2006, is a joint project founded and managed by Russian and international business leaders. In the spring of 2010, the SKOLKOVO library approached a number of vendors to provide new English language business books for the opening day collection.
Singapore Management University (SMU) has an established reputation for pushing the boundaries of innovation, creativity and academic excellence in education. Looking to further the mission of SMU’s library of providing service and access rather than ownership of substantial print collections, the library put a task force in place to establish a patron driven e-book acquisition program. Ingram’s Coutts and SMU worked collaboratively and launched a robust and flexible patron driven e-book acquisition program in October of this year making hundreds of titles available to library users – the collection continues to grow.
