LYRASIS is pleased to announce that Natalie Erb has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for the management of financial and administrative functions for this membership organization serving libraries and cultural institutions throughout twenty-two states in New England, the Mid-Atlantic and the Southeastern US. Previously, Erb was Chief Financial Officer with one of LYRASIS founding organizations, SOLINET, where she served in a similar capacity.
As CFO, her areas of responsibility include treasury management, financial analysis and planning, corporate governance including oversight of all corporate documents, IRS and federal regulatory compliance, and tax reporting. All legal matters and fiduciary and board governance including financial administration and policy management are handled by this position. In addition, Erb leads both the LYRASIS information technology (IT) and fiscal divisions.
Natalie Erb’s previous experience includes serving as Director at SMS Tax Incentives Group and multiple positions with National Services Industries. Natalie is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a certified treasury professional (CTP), recognized by the Association for Financial Treasury Professionals. She holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville and is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Leah was appointed Executive Director of the Charleston Conference in 2017, and has served in various roles with the Charleston Information Group, LLC, since 2004. Prior to working for the conference, she was Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions for the College of Charleston for four years. She lives in a small town near Columbia, SC, with her husband and two kids where they raise a menagerie of farm animals.
