The Michigan Library Consortium (MLC) and SkyRiver have reached an agreement where MLC will offer SkyRiver’s bibliographic utility services to MLC’s member libraries.

The Michigan Library Consortium (MLC) (http://mlc.lib.mi.us) is a non-profit membership organization comprised of all types of libraries. MLC provides libraries a convenient, single point of contact for training, group purchasing and technical support for electronic resources. MLC’s objectives are to save member libraries time and money.

The announcement of Michigan State University’s adoption of the SkyRiver service has generated a keen interest among MLC libraries to learn more about this new cataloging option. Leslie Straus, SkyRiver’s President, says: “We at SkyRiver are looking forward to working with MLC and expanding SkyRiver’s presence in this region.”
