Goodbye ASU Email (after 18 years)

I am down to less than 500 messages in my Inbox now and am about to zap most of them. I have to clean it all up by the end this month (Tuesday) and since I am out of town Monday-Tuesday tonight's the night.

It has taken me the better part of 5 months to work on this, along with moving (physically) along with learning the new job, moving ACQNET (just done) and so much else.

Maybe this could have been done faster by someone else, but this is the way it is for me.

2008-06-27 With all of the discussion and controversy over libraries lending Amazon's Kindle, we are interested to hear what Against the Grain readers think. We have posted a new poll on the front page to see how many libraries have bought a Kindle, and we have created a new forum where you can chime in about and tell us what you think.

2008-04-09 We currently do not have any way to offer IP access to our subscribers, we are investigating ways to implement this but it will not be implemented in the near future. Please remember that in order to have an online subscription, you must be subscribed to the print subscription and have given us a valid email address. Simply let us know if you are a print subscriber and are interested in getting an online subscription.
