Supreme Court says copyright law does not protect publishers in discount re-sales
The Washington Post reports in this article from the Associated Press that the Supreme Court has ruled in favor of graduate student Supap Kirtsaeng throwing out a copyright infringement award to publisher John Wiley & Sons.
