		<description>I read Mr. Weissman&#039;s piece on convenience, which turns out to be no. 3 of 7 essentials of customer service, with no. 3 being toward the bottom and no. 7  being most important. Not so impressive in that position. I&#039;m hoping competence will appear among the 4 essentials yet to come. Certainly libraries might want to consider professional expertise a goal worth pursuing. Trendy even.</description>
