- If you haven’t already found the petition to President Obama to “require free access over the Internet to scientific journal articles arising from taxpayer-funded research,” which is getting lots of attention around the Interwebs, it’s over here. Bonus petition for you petition collectors: on Amazon funding ALEC. Here you go.
- And be sure to check out the American Libraries supplement, “E-content: The digital dialogue.” Here’s an online version via Zmags…I’m thinking it might be easier to read in print. Go figure.
UPDATE: Tweets & news outlets are reporting now that Jeff Bezos has just announced that Amazon is not renewing its ALEC membership.
