Smithsonian Institution Libraries – Serials and Electronic Journals Coordinator
“The Serials and Electronic Journals Coordinator works closely with Acquisitions and Reader Services staff to provide integrated and efficient workflows for serials. The incumbent serves as the primary serials cataloger, creating original cataloging records and adapting complex copy cataloging records, and coordinates serials maintenance and serials metadata management in SIL. The Librarian provides direct support for the local electronic resource management system, and helps SIL discover and implement additional tools for managing and delivering electronic resources.”
