I’m encouraged to see this much agreement about e-book sharing through ILL. Not only am I in collections & acquisitions, I’m the editor of the Journal of Interlibrary Loan, Document Delivery and Electronic Reserve, and we are eager for submissions about ILL and e-books/e-journals. Our guidelines for authors are http://www.tandfonline.com/action/authorSubmission?journalCode=wild20&page=instructions.
