Pearl Rose Hodges

Dear Katina,

Hope you are doing well! Since you posted a rumor about my pregnancy, here’s a photo of Pearl Rose Hodges (took her dad’s last name). Pearl was born on 26 April 2011 and weighed 6 lbs 3 oz & was 19 inches tall at birth. She’s thriving and about to be 5 weeks old.We’ve been enjoying each others, company since her birth & are about to make a big transition. On 9 June 2011, my husband: Dennis Hodges (not a library-affiliate), Pearl, & I will be moving to Portland, Oregon where I will start a new job as the Collections Librarian at Portland State University on 1 July 2011.

We’re looking forward to the more temperate summer & being in the most bicycle friendly city in the United States. I’m personally very excited to be joining the faculty at Portland State University and hopefully getting to work with the Orbis-Cascade Alliance.
