IGI Global Announces ALA Annual Academic Librarian Sponsorshi​p Recipients

New York City – June 1, 2011 – IGI Global, an international publishing company specializing in applied research publications on all aspects of information technology management, is proud to announce the ALA Annual Academic Librarian Sponsorship recipients: Sue Polanka, Head of Reference and Instruction, Wright State University Libraries, USA and Meghan Finch, Metadata and Digital Media Librarian, Wayne State University, USA.In recognition of their outstanding achievements in the field of Library Information Science, IGI Global is pleased to honor both women with a $500 stipend for their attendance of ALA Annual in New Orleans, Louisiana from June 23rd to June 28th, 2011.

IGI Global’s next Academic Librarian Sponsorship Opportunity will grant a $500 stipend for a librarian to attend the 2011 Charleston Conference in Charleston, South Carolina from November 2nd to November 5th.
