ATG Article of the week of June 27, 2011
“Prospects for Systemic Change across Academic Libraries,” by James G. Neal, Educause Review, v.46#2, March/April 2011.
Acknowledging that we face heightened accountability and assessment, Neal calls for “systematic actions.” Prominent among them is the need to develop – “together and in partnership with our IT colleagues and appropriate faculty — a robust R&D capacity to enable data driven decision making and progressive services.”
