ATG Hot Topic of the Week: Google ChromeBook
Google announces the ChromeBook, a Microsoft-free internet computer for wireless computing Google-style. It will be cheap, virus-proof, and quick to boot (literally and figuratively). You thought mobile devices were the next thing you’ll see in your library? At less than $500.00 per ChromeBook, they’ll be all over the place in the coming semesters. It’s achilles heal–you got to find a network to make it work….
