I am still searching for another copy of this book. Thought I would try you again. There was only 1 printing of this book. We are not sure how many copies were printed. We told by family members that it was either 150 copies or 250 copies. There in lies my problem, there aren’t may copies out there to find in the first place. I appreciate your time and efforts. Thanks. Have you checked the Hathi Trust or Google books? I am heading out of town but will search and see what might turn up.
Article Suggestion: I think the future is digital, as do many, but for example at the University I work, we have reduced our book spend by 18% and increased user satisfaction by around 32% because users can find titles that are very up-to-date. It would be great to hear other success stories.
