Re: Judge Chin’s ruling–I knew I should have bet on this…it didn’t look good when it started but that was during Google’s honeymoon. Now Google may be in the badlands…
Sure this news is better than the Cornell U annoucement that they will disclose non-disclosed pricing data (yeah, but where is the link?) with just about all publishers and vendors on board with the idea and Cornell’s Dean surprised about the good deal UC system got for Nature–despite the fuss–or because of.
