College of Charleston, Head of Reference Services

The College of Charleston Libraries seek an innovative, collaborative and service-oriented leader for the position of Head of Reference Services to continue the library’s exploration and implementation of new approaches to reference, instruction, access and outreach services. The successful candidate must be an accomplished leader, skilled in managing change. Reporting to the Associate Dean for Public Services, the Head of Reference Services supervises seven librarians and four paraprofessionals in three units; reference, media services and interlibrary loan. This is a tenure-track faculty position.
