Overview: This seminar will introduce you to the financial concepts most relevant to journal publishing. What do all those financial terms mean? How to make sense of the financial information provided to you? How to glean information that is truly important? This course emphasizes the practical over the theoretical, using plain language to explain the financial concepts at work within everyday business decisions.
Who should attend: Non-financial managers with responsibilities in journal publishing (e.g., production, editorial, marketing, product management), and others desiring to refresh and update their knowledge of financial topics.
