Interesting Post on Digital World Book Conference
An interesting write-up on the Digital Book World Conference from Eric Hellman.
“It’s like you’re taking a first step on the road to the valley of death.” The topic was ebook metadata, but the speaker’s statement could as well be applied to the Digital Book World (DBW) Conference as a whole. “Fear no ebooks” was the message of the conference, and it was a welcome message to many of the participants that I talked to.

I personally like actual books over ebooks. I also enjoy listening to books on mp3 as well. But I think the book, in it’s paper form, will always hold a greater value than an ebook.
