IGI Global Announces Winner of Excellence in Academic Librarianship Award
New York City – December 16, 2010 – IGI Global, an international publishing company specializing in high-quality research publications on all aspects of information technology management, is proud to announce the recipient of its 2010 Excellence in Academic Librarianship Award: John Lewis, Digital Services Librarian, Salve Regina University, USA. In recognition of his outstanding achievements in the field of Library Information Science, IGI Global is pleased to honor him with a $500 stipend for his attendance to the ALA 2011 Midwinter Meeting in San Diego, California, from January 7th to 11th, 2011.

IGI Global’s next Excellence in Academic Librarianship Award will grant a $500 stipend for a librarian to attend ACRL 2011 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, from March 30th to April 2nd, 2011.
