The Library Leadership and Management Association (LLAMA) announced today a line-up of three interactive webinars designed to meet the needs of middle managers. Each of the 60-90 minute programs will feature library consultant Dr. Julie Todaro.
“These short webinars provide materials that are often needed right away by the middle manager, whether newly hired or more experienced,” said Ms. Todaro.
LEADERSHIP VS. MANAGEMENT
Although many see leadership and management as the same responsibilities, these two critical areas are actually very different but need to be studied together. Wed., May 19, 2:00-3:30 pm CT.
STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR MANAGERS
This webinar provides content on classic data-driven planning as well as newer non-traditional approaches.
Wed., May 26, 2:00-3:30 p.m. CT.
MANAGEMENT 101: DESIGNING OUTCOMES FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION

Registration for each webinar is $49 for LLAMA members and $59 for all others. Groups of three people or more are $99 for LLAMA members and $129 for all others.
