CABI is offering a discount on its Archive products via EBSCOhost: Global Health Archive and CAB Abstracts Archive until December 31, 2009.

In addition, CABI is offering complimentary access for one year to the front file with the purchase of the archive. For example, if a library does not currently subscribe to Global Health and purchases Global Health Archive, then the library would be entitled to get a discount on Global Health Archive and receive a one year complimentary subscription to Global Health. If the library currently has a subscription to Global Health, then a discount would only apply to Global Health Archive.

CAB Abstracts Archive – this database consists of journals that provide information on agricultural science, veterinary medicine, nutrition and natural resources. Additionally, other topics covered in the database include: biodiversity, pest control, environmental pollution, animal diseases, food production, managing natural resources, plant and animal breeding and more.
