Roger Schonfeld and Ithaka Print Collection Management report

Just learned that the awesome Roger Schonfeld and his wife have a new baby — Sheherazade (what a great name!). And Roger, his wife, and baby will be coming to Charleston to the Conference in November! In the meantime, look over this new Ithaka report — “What to Withdraw? Print Collections Management in the Wake of Digitization,” by Roger C. Schonfeld and Ross Housewright. This report asks several important questions — “which types of print journals can libraries withdraw responsibly today, and how dcan that set of materials be expanded to allow libraries the maximum possible flexibility.”
