The University of Tennessee Libraries invites applications from highly motivated, creative, and visionary individuals to lead collection services and evolving scholarly communication/digital initiatives programs. The Associate Dean will be responsible for a newly formed and evolving portfolio of innovative collection services including:

Research Collections
Resource Sharing & Document Delivery
Scholarly Communication (Includes Trace — UT’s institutional repository, Digital Library Initiatives, Newfound Press)
Technical Services & Digital Access
Electronic Resources & Serials Management
