McGraw-Hill sells Business Week to Bloomberg

Bloomberg, LP has agreed to buy Newsweek, the 80-year-old print title plus BusinessWeek.com, Business Exchange online news and information service, SmallBizmagazine and BusinssWeek Events. The offer was between $2 and $5 million according to writer Tom Lowry. Norman Pearlstine, Bloomberg’s chief content officer,  will serve as BusinessWeek’s chairman, Bloomberg said.
