Seeking Director for Avery Research Institute
The Avery Research Center for African American History and Culture, a historic site at the College of Charleston, is seeking a director. Through its research facilities, museum exhibits, archival collections and numerous outreach programs, Avery tells the rich story of the lives and contributions of Africans and African Americans in South Carolina with special emphasis on the Low Country.
